The Chiari Care Center is a specialized center dedicated to the evaluation, care, and treatment of persons suffering from the Chiari I malformation, syringomyelia, and related disorders. Located on one of Colorado’s most comprehensive medical campuses – The Medical Center of Aurora – and within The Neurosurgery Center of Colorado – The Chiari Care Center offers patients specialized medical expertise and advanced technology in the treatment of these disorders.

The Chiari Care Center is 20 minutes away from Denver International Airport. Established in 1998 as the Chiari Clinic at the University of Missouri in Columbia Missouri, the Center moved to Aurora, Colorado in 2005. Since the move, The Chiari Center has been visited by persons from 32 states and 2 foreign countries.

  2. Complete diagnostic evaluation of the nervous system may be needed including brain and spine MRI, CINE MRI flow studies, and 3-dimensional CT imaging
